the brief
A new private dwelling required a discreet dumbwaiter to serve the penthouse bedroom.
The client wanted a glass-fronted cabin so items could arrive visibly, with internal lighting to enhance presentation and visibility.
The lift needed to integrate seamlessly into a high-end residential interior with minimal visual impact.

SLP reviewed the project drawings, site opening and finish requirements to define the most suitable dumbwaiter solution. Coordination with the wider build ensured the lift integrated cleanly within the shaft and surrounding finishes
